Market Based Management® is a framework for action that enables organizations to succeed by applying the same principles and concepts within organizations that cause free markets and societies to prosper. These same concepts can help increase efficiency, spur innovation and drive entrepreneurial behavior in all organizations. The goal of the workshop is that all attendees leave with an enhanced ability to create real value in the organizations where they work or volunteer.

Dr. Tony Woodlief is president of the Bill of Rights Institute, an organization dedicated to teaching young people the words and ideas of America’s founders. Woodlief previously was president of the Market-Based Management Institute, a research and teaching center focused on advancing the understanding and practice of Market-Based Management®.
