As a result of delivering consistent excellence, Enaxis Consulting is experiencing tremendous growth. The demand for the firm’s services has increased due to reputations of its existing consultants and due to demonstrated success on various projects for a wide range of Houston’s leading companies. Therefore, Enaxis Consulting is interested in increasing its delivery capability by hiring the right people to function as full time Managers and Senior Managers for the firm. While growth is being realized within all of the firm’s practice areas, the organization is interested in interviewing consulting professionals that match the following position description:

Responsibilities:
o Assist clients with the planning, strategy, implementation, upgrade, and/or deployment of Enterprise
Content management solutions
o Serve as a technology/subject matter expert related to OpenText, LiveLink, Documentum, or MS Sharepoint tools
o Manage multiple large enterprise content management engagements
o Function as an ECM Consultant by delivering solutions that address the key issue related to information and content management within large enterprises
o Employ analytical skills and creativity while developing and implementing solution deliverables for client projects
o Deliver functional and technical consulting services related to enterprise records management,
document management, and/or content management
o Provide thought leadership related to: common infrastructure and tooling for managing content
throughout its entire lifecycle — taxonomy, compliance, workflow, creation, editorial, approval,
publishing, versioning, expiration and archival

Compensation:
o Commensurate with experience
o Extremely competitive with Big-5 and other consulting firms

Required Skills:
o Extensive experience with OpenText, LiveLink, Documentum, or MS Sharepoint suite of products – managing multiple large development initiatives
o Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred
o 5+ years relevant enterprise records, document, or content management experience
o 3+ years project management
o Experience managing projects and staff
o Experience influencing decision makers
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
o Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts
o Ability to perform financial, statistical and business analysis
o Experience with information technology skills in one or more areas
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
o Fundamental knowledge of business processes and methodologies
o Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
o Advanced MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint skills
o Ability to participate in firm initiatives as well as promote core values of the firm

Value Added Skills
o 1 – 5 years consulting experience; Big 5 or strategy firm environment preferred
