companies, Enaxis Consulting guides clients through engagements from the planning phase
through to the completed implementation phase. In addition, our firm offers subject matter
expertise related to effective organizational change management strategies.

Consultants, who function as Business Analysts for Enaxis Consulting, at a senior consultant or
manager level, will be responsible for projects within fortune 500 companies across a wide range
of industries. Business Analysts support projects by means of requirements gathering, research,
client interviews, financial analysis, reporting, documentation and training related to larger and
complex systems and/or processes. In addition, business analysts participate in the decision
making process on project teams. Furthermore, business analysts make recommendations
related to effective change management tools and strategies.

Position Requirements

Must have:
- Big 5 / consulting experience
- Ability to do financial analysis, (spreadsheet, business case, etc.)
- Process development / process re-engineering
- Technical Aptitude
- Requirements gathering skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills i.e. deck development, client presentations, etc.

Following skills are a plus:
- Application experience with CRM software such as, Cognos/Business Objects/Clarity
experience
