Gilman International Scholarship Program

The Gilman International Scholarship Program offers study abroad scholarships of up to $5,000 for U.S. undergraduate students receiving Federal Pell Grant funding. A limited number of $3000 Critical Need Language Supplements available (selected languages on website).

Scholarships only available for Fall, Spring, or Academic Year study abroad programs. Summer program scholarships are not offered. Apply online. This program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, and is administered by the Institute of International Education.

Spring 2008 application cycle open late August, deadline October 7, 2008.
