It would be evident, that what is important, is the percentage of VC starters, to the
number who finish. It is also necessary, to get a full report on the actions that are being fullfilled by students, rather than a promotional viewpoint, from VISD superintendent, Bob Moore. The expansion of UH, is not about intention, but the actual numbers related to actions taken by finishing students to fullfill the prevalent necessity. As recommendations, can not conclude anything, but a posthumous proposal, it is mere consensus, to relate the urgency to the educating system. Is the UH council, integrating, the actual deductive reasoning to initiate the expansion, or are percentages that uncertain, as a value misleading to a comparison on commitment, not by perspective incentives, implying inspiring education, but a will to contribute, found in number. There certainly is no IQ status quo, representing the current achievement outlook. The expansion should not be based of federal financing.
