The University of Houston-Victoria has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company focused solely on higher education to bring a new method for receiving your refunds/disbursements - the Jaguar card.As an added feature, the Jaguar card will also serve as your new UHV library card.
Please do not throw away this important card!
