If you are planning to apply for spring 2010 graduation, the deadline has been extended to March 12th at 11:59pm.
To apply for graduation, you would sign in to your MyUHV Self Service, click on ‘Degree Progress/Graduation’, then click on ‘Apply for Graduation’ and follow instructions until you submit your application at the end of the process.
Spring commencement ceremony will be Saturday, May 15th in Victoria, Texas on the UHV campus. Details and information may be found on the commencement website after the March Spring Break. http://www.uhv.edu/graduation/.
Commencement takes place before spring term grades are submitted so your degree would not be conferred until a few weeks after May 21st. However, this does not stop you from participating in the commencement ceremony on May 15th. If you qualify for honor status you will be notified prior to commencement and your honor cord will be available at the ceremony during check in, at no cost to you.
